NotMayo Doritos Captures the Taste of a Cheesy Tortilla Chip Snack

NotCo, the food-tech company using proprietary AI to develop innovative plant-based products, makes mayonnaise alternatives in flavors like garlic, olive, special sauce and now, NotMayo Doritos.

With the power of advanced artificial intelligence, known as Giuseppe, the company speeds up the search for suitable ingredients to replace animal-derived ones. While NotMayo Original is made with soybean and sunflower oils, modified starch, spirit vinegar, chickpea flour and more, the Doritos-flavored version dials up the cheesy flavor to replicate the taste of a craveable snack in a creamy, squeezable version.

Fortunately for fans who can't get enough of Doritos' iconic flavor, this product isn't the only one to come out of the collaboration between PepsiCo-owned Doritos and NotCo—there's also Not Chicken Nuggets Flamin’ Hot.
