Everleaf is the name of a new non-alcoholic aperitif brand from London bar Hide and conservation biologist Paul Mathew that uniquely fuses his passions. The product takes inspiration from travels and the many drinks Mathew has prepared as a bartender.

The non-alcoholic aperitif is prepared with 18 different plant ingredients, including vanilla, luxurious saffron, iris, vetiver and orange blossom. When it comes to enjoying the product, it's recommended for consumers to enjoy it with soda or tonic water, although it could just as easily be enjoyed neat over ice or used as a flavorful cocktail base.
