The pros and cons associated with both in-store and online shopping often feel as though they cancel each other out; yet that will soon not be the case with Nike merchandise thanks to the recently introduced Assist service. If, for instance, a size or product that should be found in-store is not available, customers can use the Assist service to have the item shipped free of charge. At least, in the United States.

Currently provided at Nike Town New York and Nike Running University Village, the Assist service is meant to bridge the gap between inventory both in-store on online to ensure that people are able to enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
