This Friday, the Michigan State Spartans men’s basketball team will be outfitted in exclusive Nike Hyperfuse 2012’s for their game in Germany as part of the Armed Forces Classic. Created specifically as a tribute to the men and women of the US Army, the shoes are covered in green-toned camouflage print and balanced by an all-black Nike swoosh. To go along with the Nike Hyperfuse’s, the Spartans will be outfitted head to toe in camouflaged uniforms including special socks. The entire uniform is a product of Nike HyperElite.
At the moment there is no word on whether these special edition Nike Hyperfuse 2012’s will be released to the public in retail stores. However, last year’s Carrier Classic release eventually made its way to stores, so there may be some hope for sneaker/military enthusiasts looking to get their hands on a pair.
