Temperature-Controlled Wines

Nobilo's Sauvignon Blanc is a Carefully Prepared New Zealand Wine

Nobilo's Sauvignon Blanc is an aromatic New Zealand wine that's meticulously prepared in Marlborough. To ensure the best flavors come through, the grapes are harvested at night when temperatures are cooler. After this, the wine is immediately pressed in a way that brings grape skins it into minimal contact with the stainless steel tanks. Finally, fermentation also happens at a low temperature to preserve the rich flavors of fruity pineapple, passion fruit that blend with herbal notes of nettle and tomato plant.

As a part of the brand's Regional Collection, this white wine hails from the Wairau and Awatere vineyards in New Zealand, giving off a well-rounded flavor profile that showcases the vibrancy of the region.

Nobilo suggests that the white New Zealand wine pairs well with seafood items like oysters, salmon, tuna and shrimp, though it can also stand on its own as a light aperitif.
