These New Insomnia Cookies Come in Two Japanese-Inspired Options

These new Insomnia Cookies are being welcomed at participating locations as a series of Asian cuisine-inspired treats that prioritize an artisan flavor experience for patrons to enjoy. The cookies come in two Japanese cuisine-inspired options including the Matcha Latte Cookie and the Peanut Miso Ramon Cookie, which are both arriving in celebration of summer 2024. The Matcha Latte Cookie starts off with a matcha cookie dough infused with white chocolate chips, while the Peanut Miso Ramen Cookie boasts a vegan peanut dough base with real pieces of ramen noodles and dark chocolate chips in he mix.

The new Insomnia Cookies re being offered for a limited time only through June 30 and are arriving alongside the new Key Lime Coconut Pie ice cream that will be around through August 4, 2024.
