These Insomnia Cookies summer cookies are being launched by the brand with the warm weather months in mind to help consumers enjoy a variety of seasonal flavors in a convenient format. The cookie menu includes the Caramel Corn Cookie, Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Cookie and Fried Ice Cream, which are each inspired by some of the classic treats one might find at a fair.

The Caramel Corn Cookie features toffee bites, caramel pieces, roasted peanuts, caramel popcorn and white chocolate, while the Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Cookie features milk chocolate chips, chocolate sandwich cookie pieces and peanut butter chips. Finally, the Fried Ice Cream has a vegan recipe with a vanilla buttercream center and cinnamon crumbs on top.
