Insomnia Cookies is hoping to help you tap into a little nostalgia this summer with a selection of Star Fair-inspired cookies, including the Blue Ribbon Blueberry Cookie, Carmel Corn Cookie, and more.

This summer, you can step right up to sample a taste of the State Fair at Insomnia Cookies. In total, there are three exciting new cookies to try either in-store or via nationwide shipping. The first is the Blue Ribbon Blueberry Cookie, which features dried blueberries, oats, and graham crackers baked right in, and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top. Next up is the Caramel Corn Cookie, which is studded with caramel popcorn, toffee bits, caramel bits, and roasted peanuts, for the ultimate mashup of sweet and salty. Lastly, the Deluxe Filled Churro Cookie combines churro dough cookie with chocolate cookie butter and a topping of sweet cinnamon sugar.
