As sour beer profiles become increasingly popular within the craft community, Lakefront Brewery is meeting consumer demand with a new beer -- the New Grist Gose with Lime. This new brew is another certified gluten-free beverage from the brand and boasts a strong explosion of lime and sea salt (without the traditional gluten-free aftertaste).
The tart New Grist Gose with Lime offers a refreshing and light profile and, according to Lakefront Brewery brand manager, Michael Stodola: βIn blind taste testing, a handful of folks thought it was a margarita.β The sour beer features a 5.1 AVB and is brewed using lime, sea salt, rice, and sorghum along with Zeus and Willamette hops.
