This Brazilian-Inspired Brew Combines Creamy Mouthfeel With a Tart Taste

— July 23, 2022 — Lifestyle
Sycamore Brewing, a Charlotte, North Carolina-based brewery that has been offering high-quality craft beverages for nearly a decade now, is celebrating the hot summer months with the launch of 'Brazilian Lemonade,' a gose-style ale that offers a combination of sweet and citrusy goodness.

Sarah Taylor Brigham, one half of the husband-wife team who own and operate Sycamore Brewing, revealed that this gose-style ale is in fact inspired by an actual non-alcoholic drink by the same name. The end result of this approach is a beverage that comes in at 5.6% ABV, with its combination of smooth texture and tart flavor partly the result of using a unique combination of fresh lime juice with condensed milk.
