Tom Holland Stars in LEGO's Imaginative 'Never Stop Playing'

Tom Holland headlines Never Stop Playing, a short film created for the LEGO Group’s annual Rebuild the World campaign. Set to AC/DC’s High Voltage, the film merges wit, imagination, and cinematic energy to showcase play as an enduring force.

The story begins with Holland portraying a stern commander ordering his soldiers to give up playing. The illusion quickly dissolves into a film set, where the simple click of two LEGO bricks sparks his first transformation—into a footballer at a press conference. Moreover, "with each additional brick, Holland assumes new identities: an entrepreneur championing creativity, a gardener with LEGO-built tools, a weary businessman reminded of forgotten joy, and an artist shaping a fantastical dragon from bricks."

The finale circles back to the commander, now rallying his troops to “never stop playing.” Inventive props—from rocket-powered shoes to a soaring LEGO phoenix—underline the limitless potential of play. Additionally, cameos by Holland’s brothers, Sam and Harry, underscore the message that play bridges generations.
