The layout minimized hierarchy with clearly zoned workstations, meeting suites, collaborative zones and learning environments to enable smooth transitions between focused and group work. Technology was integrated into the infrastructure with smart booking, adaptive lighting and digital learning tools, while graphic interventions and tactile neutrals reinforced brand presence without visual overload.
Sustainable touches such as motion-sensor lighting, optimized space use and dedicated wellbeing areas (health rooms, focus pods, recreational zones) were incorporated to boost employee restoration and operational efficiency.
