IKEA Introduces the NATTBAD and the BLOMPRAKT Speakers

IKEA has unveiled two fresh additions to its affordable smart home audio line: the Nattbadd compact speaker and the Blomprakt Bluetooth speaker-lamp hybrid. Crafted with Scandinavian simplicity, the Nattbadd offers a retro-radio look in multiple colors and supports Spotify Tap for instant playback, along with Bluetooth 5.3 for easy pairing and multi-room use.

The Blomprakt speaker, which is launching later in October, integrates directional lighting with speaker functionality and a stylish, off-center design. Each model is eco-conscious, made from over 50% recycled plastics, featuring minimal packaging, USB-C charging, and up to 12-hour battery life. With these, IKEA pivots from pricey Wi-Fi/Sonos-based systems to accessible, Bluetooth-first audio, championing simplicity, sustainability, and music-first functionality for the many
