From the man that designed the Aston Martin DB9 and BMW Z8, the Karma rings all the bells. Henrik Fisker seems to have achieved his goal of founding 'green American premium sports car company' with Fisker Automotive, Inc. The Karma, powered by a four-cylinder gasoline engine in combination with a stack of lithium-ion batteries that drive an electric motor, moves from 0 to 62mph in 5.8 seconds and tops out at 125mph, it can drive emission-free on its electric motor for up to 50 miles a day, provided the car is charged every evening, before the gasoline engine kicks in.
