Vicious Videogame Rifles

Harrison Krix Recreates the N7 Rifle from 'Mass Effect 3'

The N7 Rifle is a weapon from a fictional story in Bioware's unreleased 'Mass Effect 3,' so why is a very real looking weapon staring you right in the face? Well, that's because Harrison 'Volpin' Krix, a dedicated video game and design enthusiast, spent 14 days building this stunning weapon replica, just in time for the San Diego Comic Convention, North America's largest comic convention.

The N7 Rifle is a gorgeous recreation and was made styrene plates, silicone, wood, sintra, acrylic rods, and super glue, among other ingredients. The N7 Rifle was a popular piece at Comic Con, making it into videos from Bioware's website and many photographs from attendees.

This isn't Harrison Krix' first foray into product design. In the past he has created a replica Daft Punk helmet, a Portal gun from the the video game 'Portal,' and a laser rifle from 'Fallout 3.'

Expect to see more work from Harrison Krix in the future, his N7 Rifle shows a man with serious talent and it's unlikely he will stop now.
