'Gojek' Has Evolved To a One-Stop-Shop for Mobile Needs

Following the success of super apps like WeChat, Gojek has focused on constantly adding services to become a top-rated multipurpose super app. Gojek originated in Indonesia in 2010 but has been adding features to its service annually. Most recently, Gojek launched 'GoCar' in 2021 in Singapore, which is an efficient rideshare service similar to Uber and is built right into Gojek's mobile application.

Aside from ridesharing services, Gojek offers users the ability to pay through the app, have food delivered, call transportation services, ship parcels, order moving services, utilize logistics, and take advantage of many more micro features. Gojek is a large success having garnered over 170 million downloads as of 2021.
