Ashleigh Kennedy's 'Cilla' Transforms a Table into Storage

Design student Ashleigh Kennedy's 'Cilla' is a piece of multi-functional Millennial furniture that functions as a storage piece, a table, a laptop stand and a clothing drying rack.

The Cilla consists of a CNC routed pine bowl, bent steel legs and a sliding 3D-printed cover. The bowl sits perfectly on the legs of the table and can be lifted to move around the house. The bowl is comprised of three compartments that can be covered or revealed by the sliding cover. When the bowl is not placed on the legs, the steel legs can function as a clothing drying rack or be collapsed for more compact storage.
