Sephora Introduces Glam Bars Across Formula 1 Events

Motorsport beauty activations are bringing cosmetics and experiential retail into racing environments traditionally dominated by automotive and technology brands. Sephora has become the Official Beauty Retail Partner of F1 Academy, combining sponsorship with trackside consumer experiences throughout the 2026 season. The retailer will introduce immersive Glam Bars and fan activations at select races, while extending its Glam Bars to F1 Paddock Club guests at 18 Grands Prix. Sephora will also sponsor rookie driver Natalia Granada and her branded PREMA-operated race car.

From a business perspective, the partnership gives Sephora access to Formula 1’s global audience while creating physical opportunities for consumers to interact with the retailer during race weekends. Supporting F1 Academy also strengthens Sephora’s connection with women’s sports and emerging female talent. The model demonstrates how beauty retailers can enter nontraditional sporting environments through experiential activations that combine sponsorship, hospitality, and consumer engagement.
