The Moocho’s cheese shreds have been expanded by the brand with a number of plant-based options for consumers to pick up when looking for a plant-based alternative to use in their favourite recipes. The products come in three varieties including Cheddar, Mozzarella and Fiesta Blend, which are all made using fermented cultures and aged using traditional cheese-making techniques. This is reported to deliver an exceptionally flavourful and high-quality product that is vegan-friendly, gluten-free, non-GMO and cholesterol-free.
