Food presentation is a huge part of the restaurant and culinary industries; these monochromatic culinary palettes will inspire people to not only focus on color, but also texture and decorative elements in ways that really make the meals pop out. Since there is a predominant colorway in each image, it is easy to see how those aspect make an impact.
Created by French art director Emilie Guelpa for Fricote magazine, these monochromatic culinary palettes fit the current issue's theme 'one chef, one color.' She worked with James Henry of Bones, Hiroki Yoshitake of Sola and Giovanni Passerini of Rini to capture these stunning creations. Green, white and orange were explored in the delicious monochromatic culinary palettes.
