The Monar Canvas Speaker is a wall-mounted device designed to function as both a decorative artwork frame and a Hi-Fi speaker system. The Monar Canvas Speaker features a built-in display that presents digital artwork while a multi-driver audio system plays music from within the frame. When audio is playing, the screen generates visuals that react in real time to the track, transforming the wall-mounted panel into a synchronized audio-visual display.
The frame uses a 4:5 portrait ratio inspired by traditional oil painting proportions so it resembles framed art rather than a typical screen. Interchangeable frames are available in materials such as ABS plastic, linen, and brushed aluminium to match different interior styles. The slim 4.9-centimeter body houses six drivers including titanium tweeters, midrange speakers, and subwoofers, delivering a frequency response rated from 20Hz to 20kHz. The system can also display photos, artwork from a digital gallery, or AI-generated visuals when music is not playing.
