Boxed.com is Launching a "Momcierge" Exclusively for Mothers

At the beginning of April, online membership-free wholesale retailer Boxed.com is set to unveil a new service that's expressly for mothers called the "Momcierge." The concierge service will operate much like a chatbot, but it will be run by humans to provide answers to questions received via Boxed's website and the Boxed app.
The new service for Millennial moms will be expressly available for mothers who use Boxed, and Boxed aims to determine whether or not a user is a mother based on previously purchased products.
As well as being able to offer a range of concierge services, Boxed's Momcierge will also help to predict when essential household or baby care items should be replenished, and automate the process. The up-and-coming Momcierge service will feature technology that's similar to Boxed’s Smart Stockup technology, which makes the most of artificial intelligence and consumer data to determine when a consumer's supplies may be running low.
