Dorm Concierge is a new, complimentary and personalized service launched by Pottery Barn Teen, and it will help customers shopping for products to Pick Up Near Campus. With this service, customers are assigned a dedicated customer service representative when they choose Pick Up Near Campus when placing a dorm order.

To help students and families make the transition to dorm living, this service offers with bi-weekly updates on order status—or as often as preferred—support for replacements, backorders, refunds and cancellations, as well as coordination related to order pick-up.

Already, Pottery Barn Teen offers free design services, a user-friendly mobile app, a bedding visualizer tool and a wishlist feature for room planning, and Dorm Concierge expands Pottery Barn Teen's customer service offerings in support of a major life milestone.
