Molasses Books is a unique bookstore, located in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, that doesn't just sell books but also sells booze! The books in this store are second-hand but the booze is decidedly fresh. The best part is, customers can actually barter their books for booze tickets. While this service was previously only available for coffee, customers can now trade in their unwanted books for a cold beer.
Aside from a selection of second-hand books priced under $10, Molasses Books offers Genesee Cream Ale and Budweiser for $3 each as well as Steigl and Bass for $4. For those who prefer to ingest a stimulant while browsing books or reading, there's always coffee on hand too.
