It is the essence of modes of communication to become obsolete as time goes on but ROOM attempts to revive one "outdated" example as a modern phone booth for the office. Through collaborative design program 'Creativity at Work,' the New York-based company aims to aesthetically embellish the office, as well as provide it with a new functional item.

ROOM took the format of the phone booth and created a custom space that offers privacy in the ever-evolving work environment that is consistently showing open-concept tendencies. The design boasts a playful, print-focused aesthetic with an adaptable framework that is mobile and soundproof. The modern phone booths are easily assembled in just 30 minutes.

A hit among big companies like NASA, Google, and Nike, ROOM's unconventional offering has been delivered to over 600 clients.
