Trunk and Tripster Reimagine the Modern Hotel in Tokyo to Include a Nightclub

The concept of a modern hotel in Tokyo has many different extensions and many businesses try to push the boundaries of the category to bring about an authentic and unique experience to guests. A new destination by hospitality brand Trunk embraces the search for something new to a whole new level.

In collaboration with design studio Tripster, the aesthetic of a modern hotel in Tokyo is challenged in appearance and in amenities. For one, the space boasts hints of traditional Japanese design, cementing the importance of culture for the owners. In addition, the interior and ambiance take cues from "the salons found in Tokyo in the past, where artists and creatives would congregate." In addition, the 'Trunk House' also features a miniature nightclub.
