Purple Me Green is a purple RV and a mobile science store, all in one.
This educational vehicle is owned by husband and wife team, Fred and Mary Stupen. Inside the vehicle visitors will find walls and shelves lined with kits for rockets, slime, robots and loads of other toys. In addition to the merchandise, the truck actually provides classes and science experiences for children. The RV is typically parked at outdoor festivals and parties, making for a convenient dose of STEM education, that's also entertaining.
The RV has been such a powerful educational vehicle that the business recently won a "Battle of the Pop-up" challenge hosted by the Arboretum of South Barrington.
