The wave-like design of this mixed use tower in Spain is not for flash, but for the environment. The design of the tower makes the building more open to natural lighting from the sun instead of having the outrageously high electrical bills that a structure of this magnitude might rack up.

The building concept incorporates solar power and various spots of vegetation in order to make a green stand in Spain. The building is used for a variety of things (hence the name), including commercial and retail spaces, a business centre, offices, conference rooms, hotel floors, and casino. Also, a hip restaurant gives a panoramic view of the city.

The Mixed Use building by Moho Architects is 25 stories of wavy goodness.
