Each illustration involves a photo of a product as a centerpiece that stands out from the drawing. The modern ads look like they could be blown up and displayed on the walls of a contemporary home.
Among the images, there is a drawing of a bicep curl with a photo of a 'Hock' weight placed perfectly in the jock's hand. Another features a fancy espresso machine with an interactive illustration of a barista's hand making the cup of coffee.
Managing to incorporate the photograph smoothly enough that it is visually integrative, these mixed media photographs strike the perfect balance.
