Miracle and Sippin' Santa is returning to Seattle this holiday season with pop-up bars across the city. There will be two pop-ups in the city for a limited time, featuring Christmas-themed cocktails. Miracle is known for its over-the-top festive cocktail decor. It will return to Rob Roy, a local watering hole in Seattle.
Some exciting cocktails on this year's many include the Christmapolitain made with vodka, elderflower, dry vermouth, spiced cranberry sauce, lime, rosemary, and absinthe mist. A new cocktail on the menu is the Elfing Around beverage made with prosecco, gin, mulled wine reduction, grapefruit shrub, aromatic bitters, and orange bitters. The holiday cocktail pop-up experience is committed to donating 10% of its sales from select cocktails to the James Beard Foundation Open for Good, an aid relief for independent restaurants.
