You could eat a mini reuben in sandwich form, or you could eat one that is a combination of a taco and a slider. From The Vulgar Chef, the Mini Reuben Taco Sliders were made in honor of St. Patrick's Day coming up. Food blogger Kyle Marcoux notes if you find slices of marble rye bread that are bigger, then you can create larger versions of the same thing.
Instead of using a taco shell, the dish uses rye toast. The "taco" ingredients are the ones you would typically find in a reuben sandwich: Thousand Island Dressing, cheese, sauerkraut and corned beef. He also appears to have added tomato to his creation.
If you want to change up your sandwich routine, this is definitely worth giving a go.
