'Mingsbings' Released 'Dippers' Vegan Sauces for Retail Sale

'MingsBings,' the Woburn-based CPG startup famous for its plant-based Chinese street foods, has added a range of flavorful dipping sauces named 'MingsBings Dippers' to pair with its foods. When MingsBings launched in 2021, the company focused on selling vegetarian versions of 'bings,' a popular Chinese street food item similar to a stuffed pancake.

The brand quickly found that customers were posting online about trying the MingsBings and that these customers were discussing which sauces and flavors other people enjoyed pairing the MingsBings with. In response to this, MingsBings has created four flavors of dipping sauces. These are 'Dim Sum,' 'Sweet Chili,' '8,000 Island,' and 'Turmeric Mustard.' These flavors are meant to be paired with the brand's ready-to-eat MingsBings, but they are also suited for other small dippable foods, such as spring rolls or chicken wings.
