The decreasing amount of free space in urban living spaces has designers seeking out ways to make the most of every square inch, which is exactly what's at work with the conceptual Micro Apartment Cooking System (MACS). The system is integrated with an in-counter design that works to offer a demure spot to cook and prepare meals of all kinds rather than using tradition stovetop or countertop appliances. The recessed design of the unit places the cooking containers into the countertop to save space, cook more efficiently and maintain sufficient portion preparation capabilities without the need for lots of space.
The conceptual Micro Apartment Cooking System (MACS) is the design work of Aminreza Shokouhi, Saba Beizaei and Sasan Ghaffari.
