The AC Hotel Miami Beach enlisted the services of Miami-based spirits expert Jennifer Massolo to enrich the spirit-sipping experience of guests, as part of the hotel's Miami CULTure Project.
The partnership sees Massolo creating a beverage program that pays tribute to Spanish culture, whilst being paired by Spanish-style tapas to graze on. This is part of a creative beverage and food concept that aims to embrace Miami's well-known local offerings while also drawing from AC Hotels' Spanish origins.
