The Meze Audio Astru Earbuds are Wrapped in 80 Layers of Gold

The Meze Audio Astru earbuds have been launched by the brand as a new audio accessory that's engineered with optimized audio performance in mind. The earbuds feature an industrial design that includes a diaphragm dome driver covered in more than 80 layers of gold that are ultra-thin and applied over the course of a 48-hour process that includes physical vacuum DC magnetron sputtering. The earbuds are then paired with a titanium layer that's mounted onto the PEEK plastic that will achieve an overall fast, transient response, smooth and extended treble performance, and natural warmth.
The Meze Audio Astru earbuds are finished with a CNC-machined shell that's crafted out of pure titanium to make them inherently durable yet lightweight.
