Las Vegas is now home to Mama Rabbit, a mezcal and tequila bar that will become a must-visit destination for those who want to experience the country's most extensive collection of tequila and mezcal—including some agave-based spirits that can't be found elsewhere in the world. Mama Rabbit is centered on sharing an authentic Oaxacan experience through modern Mexican cocktails, surrealist art and live entertainment.
The new Park MGM venue emerged as part of a collaboration with James Beard Award-winning mezcal pioneer Bricia Lopez, who had a vision for celebrating Oaxacan culture. The mezcal and tequila bar gets its name from Mayahuel, the goddess of agave and fertility, who according to legend, had 400 rabbit children she nourished with mezcal and tequila.
