The new Park MGM venue emerged as part of a collaboration with James Beard Award-winning mezcal pioneer Bricia Lopez, who had a vision for celebrating Oaxacan culture. The mezcal and tequila bar gets its name from Mayahuel, the goddess of agave and fertility, who according to legend, had 400 rabbit children she nourished with mezcal and tequila.
