Moon-Inspired Mexican Cocktails

Casa Chi Honors Día de los Muertos with a Cocktail Collection

Casa Chi honors Día de los Muertos with 'Sacred Moon,' a limited-edition cocktail collection available from October 1 to November 3. Created by Chef Richard Sandoval, the collection explores the connection between lunar symbolism, ancestral ingredients, and modern mixology, blending cultural storytelling with inventive craftsmanship. Each cocktail "reflects a phase of the moon and draws inspiration from Mesoamerican mythology, offering a sensory tribute to heritage and renewal."

The menu features four cocktails, ' Yumká,' crafted with Almave Ámbar, horchata, pineapple, and cardamom, 'Underworld Deity,' combining Sotol, white cacao, hoja santa, and mole bitters, 'Lunar Goddess,' with Contraluz Cristalino, Nixta, fig, and honey and 'Moon’s Embrace,' merging Bourbon, Abasolo, cacao liqueur, and café de olla.

Available exclusively at Casa Chi, the Sacred Moon collection invites guests to celebrate Día de los Muertos through flavor, storytelling, and celestial reflection. Reservations are available on OpenTable.
