Dual-Threaded Fidget Pens

MetMe Design Created a Pen With a Dual-Threaded Screw for Desktop Fun

MetMo Design pays homage to an engineering innovation to create an exciting stationery feature. The MetMo Pen takes inspiration from the dual-threaded screw, which was first conceived in 1892. The engineering marvel defies the traditional notion of tightening and loosening faucets or screw bolts. It supports both clockwise and counter-clockwise nuts.

The MetMo Pen utilizes the dual-thread screw mechanism to create a fun fidget gadget. The pen's name is short for Metal in Motion. Aptly named, the stationery tool includes three dual-threaded screws for double the fidget fun. As for the pen itself, its unique fidget feature is made possible by its grooved metal body. The writing utensil is equipped with a Parker-style ink refill system for users to enjoy continuously.
