Simple Habit is a five-minute meditation app for busy people that recently launched an all-new series of meditations for pregnancy. As meditation has been scientifically proven to offer a variety of mind-body benefits, this new series addresses concerns that are specific to expectant mothers.
In the meditation series to 'Ease Pregnancy Symptoms,' there are 10 meditations available that help to address nausea, indigestion, fatigue and other issues. The series also helps women to better prepare for a good night of sleep, feel connected with their growing child and help them tap into their maternal side.
Some of the other meditation series that are offered through Simple Habit include ones for chronic pain, accepting oneself and preparing for travel, offering practices that everyone has the potential to benefit from. While dozens of meditations can be accessed for free via Simple Habit, the pregnancy and parenting meditations are exclusively available with a premium membership.
