Juicy Meatless Dumplings

Plant Sifu Offers Meat-Free Alternatives with Proprietary Fat Technology

Plant Sifu is the first consumer-facing plant-based brand from Hong Kong start-up Good Food Technologies and it is focused on offering solutions like meatless dumplings to provide meat-free alternatives to conventional animal protein choices. Thanks to proprietary fat technology, the start-up makes pork-like products that are as juicy and fragrant as ever, yet free from animal products.

Plant Sifu is choosing to focus on offering plant-based alternatives to one of the most popular dishes in Hong Kong and China, and foodservice partners that work with the start-up will be able to access Plant Sifu’s pork mince alternative.

Recently, Good Food closed an oversubscribed HK$12 million seed round to scale its research and development and support its expansion into mainland China.
