The 'Meat Parade' by Archie McPhee is an Album That Looks Like Meat

— October 2, 2013 — Art & Design
Archie McPhee has created a seven inch vinyl album that looks like a "beautifully marbled ham steak" called the Meat Parade. This seven inch single plays one song on either side.

The inspiration behind this vinyl is meat. The vinyl casing features a 1960s art vibe and the actual vinyl itself is created to appear like a slab of meat. Following with this theme, the vinyl plays two meaty songs: 'Meat March' and 'Slab o' Meat.' This item is limited to a production of 1,000 pieces and each is hand-numbered. The company created these records to commemorate its 30 year history. Additionally, a Meat parade Lunchbox and Meat Parade Paper Book is for sale on its website.

Vinyl and meat enthusiasts will really enjoy this release by Archie McPhee -- check out the Meat Parade when you get a chance.
