Recent grad students Catalina Rozo and Melissa Clinard created these cute burlap bags for Market Grown, a clever campaign to help local farmers in Alachua County, Florida.

Market Grown is an initiative to support local farmers and their fresh produce. The designers chose to make burlap bags for farmers to sell in the hopes of gaining more revenue. These brown sturdy bags feature screen-printed designs of vegetables and fruits found at the farms. Inspired by organic materials, the use of burlap was a way to upcycle existing materials found at the market. The inside of these eco-friendly grocery sacks are lined with colorful nylon fabric to make them waterproof for fresh produce.
