Misaddressed Mailer Campaigns

Lancôme Intentionally Sent PR Packages to the Wrong Recipients

PR unboxings are in no short supply online, but Lancôme recently cut through the noise wth a mailer campaign that saw content creators, celebrities and brand partners receive boxes addressed to A-list actresses Demi Moore and Zoe Saldaña. Lancôme Partner Kate Hudson, for example, got a box seemingly intended for the former, but quickly said, "She won't mind," and opened the package to discover innovations from the brand's dermatologist-validated Absolue Longevity MD range powered by Mitopure, the pure, micronized form of Urolithin-A.

On social media, others like Pauline Chalamet and Refinery29 chief content officer Brooke DeVard also shared content showing themselves receiving packages addressed to Demi Moore and Zoe Saldaña—two new Lancôme Global Ambassadors.
