Dessert-Promoting Designer Dresses

Zac Posen Designed a Gold Dress for the Launch of Magnum Gold

Magnum Gold's launch party will showcase an extravagantly designed gold dress by fashion designer Zac Posen. The dress consists of 10,000 paillettes that are handcut from gold sheets, which took Posen two weeks to embroider. The dress is worth approximate $1.5 million and will be worn by Brazilian model Caroline Correa when she walks down a golden carpet that is arranged for the event.

Zac Posen beautifully describes the connection between the dress and the iconic ice cream brand by stating, “Decadence, sensuousness, and luxury... The dress mimics the liquid and sensuous quality of how ice cream melts." The luscious combination of fashion and ice cream may be unusual, but it certainly strives to make an impact. This $1.5 million investment will surely associate the product with the sophisticated glamour of designer labels.
