Virtual Designer Glasses

The Made for Glass Collection by DVF Dresses Up Google Glasses

As Google glasses become a more and more popularized form of wearable augmented reality technology, high-fashion designer Diane Von Furstenberg created the ‘Made for Glass’ eyewear collection explicitly dedicated to Google glasses.

The ‘Made for Glass’ Google glasses collection features five innovative eyewear frames available in eight different technicolor shades. These high-fashion glasses cleverly take the slim titanium Google glasses design and infuse it with gradient glass and hot colors for summer. One striking pair, called ‘Navigator Orchid Mist Flash,’ features an ombre purple and turquoise design infused with sky glass. The collection features a variety of glasses and sunglasses that will be available to the public as of June 23rd.

The ‘Made for Glass’ collection is a great example of marketing technology to a wider audience through fashion.
