MAAP LaB Sydney opened in the Oxford & Foley development in Darlinghurst as the brand’s ninth global retail location and its largest space to date. Clare Cousins Architects designed the flagship and features a material palette of stainless steel, textured render, and warm terracotta tones combined with the brand’s signature color accents. The interior layout includes dedicated retail zones for apparel and accessories alongside flexible open areas intended for gatherings. A built-in coffee bar is integrated into the space to support informal use throughout the day. The store is positioned at street level and designed to function as both a retail environment and a local meeting point for cyclists.
The location carries MAAP’s full range of performance cycling apparel and accessories for men and women. The space is also intended to host community activities such as organized rides, product launches, and brand events. Its placement within Darlinghurst situates the flagship among Sydney’s creative and retail districts, allowing the store to operate as a hub connected to the city’s cycling culture.
