As far as luxury car washes go, Prime is perfecting the process. Based in Indiana, it was founded after CEO and managing partner Brent Oakley's wife wondered whether the coffee shop concept could be merged with the carwash experience. With that idea in mind, they went on to create Prime, a luxury car wash that defies older models to appeal to a more modern generation.
The luxury car wash "offers Wifi, coffee, snacks, free iPad use, TV’s and comfortable seating" as well as "a kids area to keep them entertained while you wait," as written on its site. Monthly memberships are available so that customers can enjoy unlimited interior and exterior washes for the low cost of $45. Prime has also launched a unique loyalty program that fixes the RFID in the door rather than on the windshield. It's these small details that make a huge difference.
