The Lucian Matis Fall 2012 is a series of elegant ball gowns and frocks. The series favors a nude underlay with black lace layering, reminiscent of rebellious 1920s apparel. The voluminous silhouette of the pieces create a queen-like stature, with a victorian twist. The slightly dark pieces are highly romantic and elegant. Memorable pieces include an oversized feathered shawl, crafted from slightly metallic blue feathers with yellow detailing.
