Love, Liv Bakeshop is on a mission to make diabetes-friendly treats more accessible by creating delicious, sugar-free cookies and cupcakes.

Love, Liv Bakeshop was launched by Sarah Beddoe in honor of her daughter Olivia ("Liv") Beddoe, who was diagnosed with type-1 diabetes at age three. All of the treats that Love, Liv Bakeshop creates contain less than 15 grams of carbs, no sugar, and have little-to-no glycemic impact. The cookies are also free of major allergens, making them accessible to a wide range of consumers. As Beddoe explained in a recent media release, "Cookies and cupcakes are a staple at many celebrations....I wanted to be able to provide treats for those that follow a low-carb, low-sugar, or gluten-free diet and allow them to celebrate special moments alongside their friends and family,
