The Loop Fountain is a tranquil design by Lily Clark and to create it, she drew inspiration from historic moments. During the Great Depression, many sponsored federal programs dubbed the New Deal helped put Americans back to work and it transcended communal structures that were defined by utility, artistry, craftsmanship, and more.

At the top, there is a small opening that can hold an arrangement of grasses, flowers, or small branches for a tranquil visual aesthetic.
